THE TAUPO CHALLENGE.
We're done with sport, this time its war.
Last year we challenged Australia's best to compete against the best New Zealand had to offer. We fought them off in some hard won passes, and this year we're going the whole hog.
In conjunction with the Order of the Boar, New Zealand's premier jousting organisation, we present the Taupo Knight's Challenge, a trans-Tasman challenge like no other.
Knights from the two countries will compete in the Mounted Skill at Arms on Saturday Morning, the Longsword competition on Saturday Afternoon, the Mounted Melee on Sunday Morning, and will Joust at 12pm and 2pm on both days. The Knight scoring highest in all four disciplines will be declared Tournament Champion, 2010.
